What days do you deliver?

We deliver 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday. Click here for delivery hours.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, there is a delivery charge for all firewood orders from our yard. However, we offer free pick-up from our yard. When placing your order online, please select your suburb to see the delivery charges.

Delivery truck

For narrow driveways ask for a small truck.
A 5 cube truck is narrow as a car standard driveway.
A 6 cube/ 8 cube truck is a medium size truck.

What if I have a narrow driveway or tight access?

We have a fleet of trucks of different sizes to accommodate all types of driveways. For tight or narrow access, please request one of our small , which are only 1.9m wide, require a minimum of 2m clearance and have a maximum load of 2.5 ton but you must request them when placing your order either by phone or by mentioning it in your notes at online checkout. If you require this type of truck but do not request it

If the truck is the wrong size your woods will be tipped at the bottom of your driveway or nature strip.

When are you open?

Open 7 days per week from April through September, and always available for deliveries during the warmer months. For our usual opening hours click here.

Where is the entrance?

Please enter from Woodland street, beside the Woolworths petrol station. Please refer to our contact page.

What payment options are available?

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Eftpos, Cash on Delivery (COD) and Eftpos on Delivery (EOD).

What size is your wood?

Logs are split and cut to a ready to use size of 250mm - 350mm (approximately the size of a loaf bread), some pieces are slightly bigger or smaller.

Is wood wet when it rains?

Only the surface of the wood is actually wet after rain! This has little impact on your ability to burn the wood, in fact it will dry very quickly.

What if I have a narrow driveway or tight access?

We have different sizes trucks to accommodate all types of driveways.
