Delivery Schedule: We will deliver your firewood within the agreed delivery schedule. Delivery time frame will be within 1-3 business days. We’ll confirm your order in 1 - 2 days. We will make every effort to meet the delivery schedule; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, traffic congestion, or road closures the office will contact you.
Delivery Location: We will deliver your firewood to the delivery location specified by you. If you need to change the delivery location, you must notify us at least 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time. If we are unable to deliver the firewood to the specified location due to inaccessibility or other reasons beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery location.
Delivery Cancellation: If you need to cancel your delivery, you must notify us at least 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time. If you fail to cancel the delivery within this timeframe, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
