Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, there is a delivery charge for all firewood orders from our yard. However, we offer free pick-up from our yard. When placing your order online, please select your suburb to see the delivery charges.

Delivery truck

For narrow driveways ask for a small truck.
Narrow truck holds upto 6 cubes as a wide car for tight driveway.

Medium size truck holds upto 10 cubes for standard or wide driveways

What if I have a narrow driveway or tight access?

We have a fleet of trucks of different sizes to accommodate all types of driveways. For tight or narrow access, please request one of our small , which are only 1.9m wide but you must request them when placing your order either by phone or by mentioning it in your notes at online checkout. If you require this type of truck but do not request it

If the truck is the wrong size your woods will be tipped at the bottom of your driveway or nature strip.
